POwerfins.fr offers you several delivery methods for your packages

Your package will be handed to you personally or delivered to your mailbox, depending on its size.

If your package cannot fit into your mailbox, it will be left at the post office. You will then have 10 business days to pick it up. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.

You will be notified of your package’s delivery by email 24 hours in advance.

For home delivery, choose your preferred delivery location: home, workplace, etc.

Tips:

Be present on the day of delivery. If you are absent, you will receive a notification in your mailbox.

The indicative delivery times for home delivery are 2 to 9 days depending on the destination:

  • France, Monaco, and Andorra: 48 to 72 hours
  • DOM: 5 to 7 business days
  • TOM: 7 to 10 business days

Indicative delivery time:

  • 24 hours for France and Monaco

Choose the nearest Pickup Point to your home, workplace, or vacation destination. You will be notified by email or SMS as soon as your package is available.

Tips:

  • You have 14 business days to pick up your package. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
  • The indicative delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and 5 to 7 business days for Spain.

Your package will be delivered within 24 business hours in Europe and within 2 business days for other countries. It will be handed to you personally at the address of your choice.

If you are not available during the delivery, you will receive a delivery notice in your mailbox.
