The goods we offer include:

The goods covered by this document are those displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase these goods at your own risk.

Payments

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument.

If we believe that your payment has violated any law or any of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge that you will provide a valid email address and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order after having processed your payment, we will provide you with a refund equal to the amount you paid.

It is your responsibility to ensure the validity and monitoring of your payment method. Shipping costs are calculated fairly and proportionately, particularly based on the delivery location, weight, and characteristics of the order. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary due to logistical constraints or circumstances beyond our control. From the moment the order is handed over to the carrier, the transfer of risk takes place and we disclaim any responsibility related to handling, transport, delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchase)

For any purchase made through our online store, you benefit from a 14-day period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

• The product must be returned in new condition, unused, clean, complete, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by us.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will proceed with a refund of the amounts paid (excluding return shipping costs) using the payment method used for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products: Products customized according to your specifications.

2. Special Case for Sizes (Polymer Fins)

A size guide in centimeters as well as a warning indicating that the fins run small are available on each product page. We invite each customer to review them carefully before confirming their order.

• If the wrong size was chosen by the customer, the return and reshipping costs for an exchange are borne by the customer.
• If the wrong size was sent due to our error, we will fully cover the return and reshipping costs for the correct size.

3. Defective or Non-Compliant Product

If the product received is defective or not as described (wrong model, wrong size due to our preparation error, confirmed defect), please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos.

• After verification, we may offer, at your choice: an exchange, a store credit, or a full refund.
• In this case, return shipping costs are borne by us.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

• Product returned damaged, soiled, or used by the customer.
• Product returned incomplete (without accessories or without original packaging when it is necessary for resale).
• Return request made beyond the legal 14-day period (except in the case of an exceptional commercial gesture on our part).

Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Oleg Pudov or one of his employees will be held responsible for any issues arising from this site. Nevertheless, Oleg Pudov and his employees will not be held responsible for any issues arising from improper use of this site.

Indemnification

As a user, you hereby indemnify Oleg Pudov from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage, or expense arising from your use of this site or your violation of any provisions set out in this document.

Governing Law

This document is governed by the applicable laws of France and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. This includes EU-wide regulations set out in the GDPR.

Severability
