Payments

Shipping and Delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge that you will provide a valid email address and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will issue a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide accurate estimates of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchase)

For any purchase made through our online store, you benefit from a 14-day period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

  • The product must be returned in new condition, unused, clean, complete, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by us.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will proceed with a refund of the amounts paid (excluding return shipping costs) using the payment method used for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days.
  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products: Products customized according to your specifications.

2. Special Case for Sizes (Polymer Fins)

A size guide in centimeters as well as a warning indicating that the fins run small are available on each product page. We invite each customer to review them carefully before confirming their order.

  • If the wrong size was chosen by the customer, the return and reshipping costs for an exchange are borne by the customer.
  • If the wrong size was sent due to our error, we will fully cover the return and reshipping costs for the correct size.

3. Defective or Non-Compliant Product

If the product received is defective or not as described (wrong model, wrong size due to our preparation error, confirmed defect), please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos.

  • After verification, we may offer, at your choice: an exchange, a store credit, or a full refund.
  • In this case, return shipping costs are borne by us.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Product returned damaged, soiled, or used by the customer.
  • Product returned incomplete (without accessories or without original packaging when it is necessary for resale).
  • Return request made beyond the legal 14-day period (except in the case of an exceptional commercial gesture on our part).

Delivery to a Pickup Point.

With Chronopost “Pickup Point,” you can choose from one of the many nearby retailers, whether near your home, workplace, or vacation spot, where you’d like to have your package delivered.
You will be notified of your package’s availability via email, text message, or voice message as soon as it is ready for pickup at the Pickup Point.

Indicative delivery time:

  • 24 hours for France and Monaco

Choose the nearest Pickup Point to your home, workplace, or vacation destination. You will be notified by email or SMS as soon as your package is available.

Tips:

  • You have 14 business days to pick up your package. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
  • The indicative delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and 5 to 7 business days for Spain.

Your package will be delivered within 24 business hours in Europe and within 2 business days for other countries. It will be handed to you personally at the address of your choice.

If you are not available during the delivery, you will receive a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Tips:

  • For express delivery, place your order before 2:45 PM.
  • You can track your package online.
