Delivery to a Pickup Point.

With Chronopost “Pickup Point,” you can choose from one of the many nearby retailers, whether near your home, workplace, or vacation spot, where you’d like to have your package delivered.
You will be notified of your package’s availability via email, text message, or voice message as soon as it is ready for pickup at the Pickup Point.

Indicative delivery time:

  • 24 hours for France and Monaco

Choose the nearest Pickup Point to your home, workplace, or vacation destination. You will be notified by email or SMS as soon as your package is available.

Tips:

  • You have 14 business days to pick up your package. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
  • The indicative delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and 5 to 7 business days for Spain.

Your package will be delivered within 24 business hours in Europe and within 2 business days for other countries. It will be handed to you personally at the address of your choice.

If you are not available during the delivery, you will receive a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Tips:

  • For express delivery, place your order before 2:45 PM.
  • You can track your package online.
